“Elles exposent” is an exhibition featuring 10 women artists.

It is part of the Cercle de l'art's Art Month. They met through this collective of 102 women artists.

Le Cercle de l'Art is a project initiated by Margaux Derhy in 2020, in which each artist is supported in putting together and offering for sale a series of works, exceptionally offering collectors the chance to acquire them in 12 monthly instalments, during the month of April only. 

Usually, these works are only unveiled in the privacy of the artist's studio.

C’est une première cette année qu’elles soient montrées publiquement et collectivement,  comme une envie de ces 10 femmes artistes de présenter ensemble, de se relier encore, de partager davantage.

Exhibiting on the stone walls of the crypt vaults of the Eglise de la Madeleine, for the duration of a long weekend, is the proposal they have chosen to offer their collectors, friends, aesthetes and art lovers.

There's no substitute for contact with works of art, and what's more, in a place of memory and exception!

They invite you to take a colorful stroll where painting, collage, photography, drawing, sculpture, textile art and art embroidery mingle.

A tour of the premises reveals contemporary creations reflecting the world of each of the artists.
